Returns & Refunds

At EFIE, we do not offer returns or refunds under any circumstances.
All purchases made on our website are final sale.

We request customers to carefully review product details, sizing, and order information before completing their purchase.

Exchanges

Size Exchange (Only)

EFIE allows size exchange only, subject to the conditions below.
We do not offer product replacement, refunds, or exchanges for any reason other than size.

Eligibility Conditions for Size Exchange

To be eligible for a size exchange:

  • The customer must inform us about the size issue within 48 hours of receiving the order

  • The product must be shipped back to us within 7 working days from the date of delivery

  • The item must be:

    • Unused, unworn, and unwashed

    • In original condition

    • With all original tags, including the garment ribbon tag and security straps, intact

    • Returned with original packaging

  • Any damage caused to the product while shipping back to us will be entirely the customer’s responsibility

  • Customers must use a tracked shipping service for safe return

All returned products will be thoroughly inspected upon receipt.
Exchanges are subject to product and size availability.

If the requested size is unavailable, store credit will be issued.
No refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

Quality Issues / Incorrect Product

In the unlikely event that you receive:

  • A damaged product, or

  • An incorrect product

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images and details.

Upon verification:

  • We will arrange a pickup

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and returned with all tags and original packaging

Once inspected and approved, we will process an exchange or store credit, as refunds are not offered.

Shipping Costs

  • In case of size exchange or customer-related issues, all shipping costs will be borne by the customer

  • In case of quality issues or wrong product shipped, shipping costs will be borne by EFIE

Colour Disclaimer

We strive to display product colours as accurately as possible.
However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings, lighting, or device differences.
EFIE is not liable for colour differences between website images and delivered products.

Liability

  • EFIE is not liable for any errors or inaccuracies on the website

  • We reserve the right to update or modify information without prior notice

  • We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of reputation or goodwill

Order Cancellation

Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.

Shipping & Delivery

  • We currently deliver across India only

  • Orders are typically delivered within 7 to 12 working days from order confirmation

  • Delivery timelines may be extended during sale periods, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances
